Tina is taken aback when Dominic presents her with the opportunity to ride Blackout in an important race, a crucial event that Blackout needs to win for Jackie to sell the horse and save the farm. However, Dominic's motives appear increasingly dubious. As the police intensify their hunt for the murderer, tensions flare between the investigation and the traveler community. Ruth finds herself caught in the middle, and her already strained relationship with Dominic reaches a boiling point. Meanwhile, Eli intercepts a message on Chris's phone regarding Cal and sets up a meeting with the mysterious sender, only to find himself in peril.
