Three murders have occurred, and James is still being held by the police, yet the investigation is far from organized. With Ian gone, Ruth is taken off the murder squad and returns to her regular patrol, facing the harsh reality that she may never uncover Cal's killer. In the meantime, Eli goes to see his father in prison to share some shocking and unwanted information. Tina devises a plan to flee the town, but will she be able to convince Eli to break free from Overton's dark influences before the unresolved mystery of Cal's death pulls him back in?
