Episode Overview

Billy convinces Frank Carlin, a committed camp counselor, to allow him to run a survival course for the campers. His goal is to engage Norm, a sarcastic 13-year-old struggling with low self-esteem and a lack of friends. Billy hopes that by focusing on Norm, he can encourage him to gain self-acceptance and eventually foster connections with others.
