When Jane Dawson shares her intention to pen an unauthorized biography about her close friend Ellen Lombard, things take a dark turn. Ellen's husband, Arthur, becomes a suspect after Jane's sister and brother-in-law discover Ellen's lifeless body, electrocuted in her hot tub due to a fallen television. Adding to the intrigue, Arthur is spotted leaving the scene shortly after the tragic incident.
