Bill inadvertently destroys his campsite after using river stones in his campfire. Red constructs a makeshift cabin cruiser using empty plastic bottles. Meanwhile, Harold presents a segment on effective communication with law enforcement. Among the notable members are Glen Brackston, the notoriously lazy marina owner, and Bob Stuyvesant, the golf-loving civil servant.
