With the submarine pen project scrapped, the guys at Possum Lodge find themselves facing 15 truckloads of cement. Bill decides to put the cement to good use by constructing a table. Meanwhile, on Handyman Corner, Red takes on the challenge of transforming a boat into a hovercraft.
