The guys decide to transform the downtown area of Possum Lake into a sprawling indoor shopping center by utilizing the sewer system. Meanwhile, Red modifies the Possum van to operate on propane gas. In a fun moment, Bill and Red strap on their skates and engage in a game of "Crack the Whip," bringing some lighthearted competition to their day.
