As a trailer loaded with sea salt arrives at the bridge, the officers choose to investigate it. Upon examination, they discover that the bags are filled with a crystalline substance that is illegal. Meanwhile, while checking a U.S. citizen, an illicit item unexpectedly falls from his pocket.
