Anjali finds herself in a tough spot as Luke accuses her of causing the fire in Lou's kitchen. Frustrated with both Luke and Lou, she confides in Matt about her desire to remain there and gathers the strength to express her true feelings to Lou. While Luke and Adam disagree on whether Anjali should stay, Lou ultimately makes the call that she can. Meanwhile, Carl has just been released from prison and is eager to find Ben, who is busy making money by renting games to the Grovers. In another subplot, Flip lends a hand to Lesley, offering her skateboarding lessons to help her fit in with the group. Musaka is mourning the loss of his family, and in a heartfelt farewell, he, his mother, Bradley, Stumpy, and Anjali toss bottles with messages into the river.
