The musical is in full swing, and Bill plans to surprise Regina. Sadie confesses to Bradley that she loves him for his true self, not for his wealth, especially after Spencer reports him to the police. Meanwhile, Sarah and Spencer attempt to escape together, but as they make a run for a ferry, reality hits her and the police catch up, leading them to end up in the back of a squad car. Leanne and Adam finally resolve their issues, while Luke takes a step back, allowing the couple to head to the hospital for their first ultrasound.
