Anna begins to worry that Alfie could be mixed up with a cult. Along with Dale and Ed, she sets out to find him at the Salvation Army. Meanwhile, Patsy and Amanda settle into the hostel there. Barney struggles to impress girls and ends up kissing Anna as part of a wager. Gary works on changing Laura’s look to resemble Jemma. In another corner, Flora and Brigid decide to send fan letters to 'Rude'.
