Episode Overview

Bates finds himself in the finals of the interdepartmental poker tournament. Meanwhile, Fuchs turns his back on one of his officers who has been caught falsifying prescriptions. In a separate operation, Henry goes undercover to investigate a purse snatching ring. Delgado confesses his fear of testifying in front of the commission. Joyce scolds Furillo for his naivety, suggesting that his belief in his innocence won’t shield him from the commission’s scrutiny. Following a shootout, the scam saloon is shut down. In a heated moment, Furillo testifies at the commission and offers his resignation to Chief Daniels.
