Episode Overview

Three Russian visitors arrive at the Hill, each grappling with their own issues. Belker takes on an undercover role as an ambulance attendant. LaRue faces a dilemma when his brother-in-law is caught soliciting a police officer. Meanwhile, Joyce, the judge, and the victim work diligently to prevent a mentally challenged young man from being incarcerated.
