Episode Overview

Belker finds himself constantly clashing with a disgruntled one-man band. In an attempt to gather evidence against Al DiPiano, Gina Srignoli decides to wear a wire. Meanwhile, Fay crosses a line while trying to assist a welfare mother who has been attacked by her violent boyfriend. On a different note, Howard attempts to sell his RV, but the first potential buyer ends up stealing it instead.
