Episode Overview

Bull assists his buddy, Army psychiatrist Colonel Victor Taggert, in constructing a defense based on diminished capacity for a sergeant charged with the murder of another soldier. Meanwhile, Marissa develops a romantic relationship with Henri Fray, her art dealer, a French gallery owner seeking legal help to prevent an auction house from selling a valuable artwork that rightfully belongs to his country.
