Archie attends a party for unwed mothers to cover for a friend when a guest suddenly collapses and dies. Despite her frequent mentions of suicide and her habit of keeping cyanide on her, Archie is convinced that her death isn’t a suicide. As he investigates further, he uncovers evidence that supports his theory, leading Wolfe to assist in identifying the real culprit behind the tragedy.
