Episode Overview

Following a serious injury to one of their own, a team is forced to retrace their steps in search of medical help for their injured member. The competing teams struggle to navigate the treacherous river pools above Vuwa Falls but finally make it to the paddle boarding segment of Leg 4. Meanwhile, a seasoned team slips behind the front-runners when one member is found to be suffering from severe hypothermia, endangering their chances in the race.
