Episode Overview

Lovejoy becomes increasingly distracted by his budding relationship with Victoria, neglecting his work responsibilities. Alongside Jane and Alexander, he and Victoria escape for a weekend at a friend's cottage. Meanwhile, Lovejoy acquires some drawings tied to a song and manages to sell them to an art gallery for a handsome profit. However, he is thrown into turmoil when the artwork is declared counterfeit—shockingly, even the original artist claims they are not his creations. Lovejoy remains convinced of their authenticity, leaving him to unravel the mystery behind the deception.
