Episode Overview

While Cruz is receiving treatment, Jackie takes matters into her own hands to manage the ER, which leads to her being fired from All Saints for insubordination. In response, she withdraws Grace from Catholic school. Meanwhile, O'Hara goes into labor, prompting Jackie to return to All Saints despite Cruz's objections. When Charlie shows up at the ER, Cruz turns to Jackie, pleading for her assistance in saving Charlie's life.
