Title: Smile Plot: Following their custody hearing, Jackie accidentally collides with Kevin's car and finds herself recovering in her own emergency room. Kevin confronts her, suggesting she’s relapsed. Meanwhile, Coop steps up to manage additional responsibilities to support Carrie, who is preoccupied. When she visits Jackie, she unknowingly prescribes Oxy, ignorant of Jackie’s addiction. In a surprising twist, an unexpected individual approaches Jackie with a date proposal.
