Hannah uncovers fresh evidence that convinces her friends that Mr. Morris, the strict new teacher at Fox Canyon, might be the one casting curses. To shield everyone from Kelly's spell, they concoct a protective charm, but as soon as the magical barrier is in place, Mr. Morris is trapped inside with them. He’s there collaborating on Terri's mayoral campaign alongside Kelly’s mom and her advisor, Jill. Now, they must figure out how to brew a counter-spell without drawing attention to their predicament.
