Episode Overview

In this Chopped showdown, the baskets are filled with items typical of an upscale brunch spread. As the chefs wrap up the appetizer round featuring champagne and caviar, one contestant takes a bold risk that could backfire. In the entrée round, the chefs must creatively combine an extravagant seafood ingredient with pancake mix. Finally, the last two chefs face a tough task of transforming traditional brunch favorites into innovative desserts.
