Episode Overview

Four chefs with ties to Cuba receive baskets brimming with diverse Cuban ingredients. The challenge lies in who can authentically showcase the culinary heritage of the island. During the appetizer round, one chef struggles significantly while attempting to butcher a whole fish. The competitors are disappointed to discover a jarred version of a beloved Cuban sauce in the entree basket. As the competition moves to dessert, the final two chefs face a unique challenge, needing to creatively combine a cocktail with a fruit to complete their dishes.
