Alton Brown is back with another round of his Maniacal Baskets tournament! The chefs find themselves in a tight spot during the appetizer round, grappling with a canned ingredient that’s throwing them off their game, and time is not on their side. As if that weren't enough, a surprising shelf-stable item in the entree basket poses a real challenge. Will the chefs manage to turn it into something impressive?
