In the appetizer round, all four chefs enthusiastically embrace the zero-waste concept, devising creative uses for the shrimp-filled basket. As the entrée round begins, they must tackle the challenge of incorporating leftover items and neglected vegetable tops into their meals. Finally, in the dessert round, the two finalists cleverly utilize expired milk, racing against the clock to impress the judges before time runs out.
