Episode Overview

Four chefs with a profound appreciation for Korean cuisine go head-to-head to create a dish worthy of a champion. In the initial round of this "Seoul searching" challenge, they must innovate using canned fish and a citrus compote. The entrée round features two beloved Korean proteins as key ingredients. As the competition narrows down to the two finalists, they face the dessert round, where they need to cleverly incorporate a pink liquid along with a savory Korean street food into their sweet creations.
