In this episode, John is caught off guard when he discovers that his cheerful neighbor, Chris, has departed without a proper farewell. Reggie's intuition sparks concern, leading her to believe that John's feelings for Chris run deeper than mere friendship. At the same time, Linda takes a week-long leave from her job, handing over her responsibilities to a girl who surprisingly accomplishes even less than she does.
