Beforeigners (2019)

Overview

Powerful flashes of light in the ocean signal a bizarre phenomenon where individuals from different historical eras—namely the Stone Age, the Viking Age, and the late 19th century—suddenly appear, dubbed "beforeigners." Two years later, Alfhildr, a Viking from this group, teams up with disillusioned police officer Lars Haaland to probe the murder of a beforeigner. As they delve deeper into the investigation, they uncover a complex conspiracy linked to the mass arrival of these time-displaced individuals, challenging their understanding of time and history.
