Frank Dunphy's Roaring 20s-themed wedding has arrived, and Phil is eager to embrace the festivities by getting the Dunphy family to don costumes. However, once Claire and the kids discover they are the only ones in attire, they decide it’s time for a lighthearted intervention with Phil. Meanwhile, Jay has become skilled at turning down requests, but he soon learns that overdoing it can lead to fewer people asking for his help. Additionally, Cam faces an unexpected moment when he finally steps out from behind Mitchell and confronts his sister Pam.
