Phil believes that Gloria is angry with Jay for failing to make Valentine's Day special, so he encourages Jay to add some excitement through role-playing. However, their attempt doesn't go as intended. At the same time, Mitch and Cam realize they might have unintentionally sabotaged Luke's Valentine’s Day date and must find a way to fix the situation.
