Strange World (1999)

Overview

Strange World delves into the military's inquiries into the dark side of scientific and technological misconduct. Although ABC ordered 13 episodes, only three aired in March 1999 before the series was abruptly canceled. The remaining ten episodes were later broadcast on the Sci-Fi Channel in Spring 2002. Created by Howard Gordon and Tim Kring, the show faced challenges from its network, prompting the producers to craft a definitive ending during the 2002 run, as they anticipated little support from ABC.
