At the airplane parts factory where George is employed, the federal government is evaluating the company for a potential contract. Concerned that the ethnic background of one particular employee might negatively impact their chances, George's boss instructs him to demote that worker. Faced with this moral dilemma, George struggles to determine if he should risk his job by standing up for what he believes is right.
