Episode Overview

MacLeod receives a warning from his ancient friend Darius, a monk who has lived for over 2000 years. Darius reveals that Grayson, his former apprentice, is now targeting Darius' students, which could include MacLeod himself. Disillusioned by Darius' choice for a peaceful life, Grayson is killing the monk's mortal followers to provoke a confrontation. MacLeod must step in to safeguard Victor Paulus, another of Darius' students, from Grayson’s deadly scheme. Later, he reunites with Richie and Tessa in France, where they will settle while Tessa begins her new role as the curator of a traveling exhibition.
