Episode Overview

After surviving a deadly stabbing, Alfred Cahill believes he has been selected by a divine force to lead a crusade against what he sees as 'perversion.' This conviction drives him to unleash a violent spree across Paris, targeting prostitutes and pimps, putting a longtime friend of Tessa’s, now a call girl, in grave danger. MacLeod attempts to enlighten Cahill about Immortality, but his efforts are in vain. Ultimately, he realizes that he must confront Cahill directly and is left with no choice but to take his head.
