In 1918, MacLeod made a vow to the Immortal Drakov, agreeing not to confront him in exchange for saving lives. Fast forward to the present, and Drakov, now known as Arthur Drake, continues to manipulate global affairs from the shadows, sowing chaos across Eastern Europe. Eli Jarmel, an elderly man whose family suffered at Drake's hands, implores MacLeod to break his promise.
