Episode Overview

While Christine shares her story with the newspaper publisher, MacLeod and Amanda, facing the end of their world, finally confess their love for one another. However, Kalas intervenes, killing both Christine and the publisher, and seizes the disk before they can reveal the truth. Kalas presents MacLeod with a grim choice: surrender his life or let the disk's contents go public. Meanwhile, Dawson and the Watchers search for Kalas, but this only leads to more Watcher casualties. Despite Methos’ attempts to dissuade him, MacLeod decides to confront Kalas atop the Eiffel Tower. After defeating Kalas, the ensuing Quickening, amplified by the Tower, triggers a massive power surge that wipes out the disk's information, ensuring the secrecy of both Immortals and Watchers is preserved.
