In 1944, Ingrid Henning had the opportunity to assassinate Adolf Hitler but couldn't go through with it. Since then, she's sought redemption by eliminating dictators, tyrants, racists, and fascists who could rise to similar levels of threat. MacLeod faces a dilemma: he can intervene to prevent her from taking more lives, but in doing so, would he be guilty of the very same wrongdoing he accuses her of?
