MacLeod and Amanda cross paths again with Cory Raines, the suave and charismatic "Clyde" to Amanda's "Bonnie," as they navigate a five-state crime spree reminiscent of the 1920s. Amanda, ever drawn to mischief, is enticed by the freedom and thrill that Cory represents. She decides to embrace this adventurous life when she sees that MacLeod won’t plead for her to remain. However, when one of Cory’s plans goes awry, MacLeod swiftly comes to her aid, ready to save the day.
