Episode Overview

Amanda sets out to build a bond with Clive's spirited young sheepdog, but the mood shifts dramatically when the beloved 40-year-old Shetland pony, Little Joe, dies unexpectedly. As ash dieback threatens their property, the family enlists local farmer Morris to assist in removing a centuries-old tree that poses a risk to their old stone barn. With the timber from the fallen tree, the children create a memorial for Little Joe, lending a hand to Clive as he finishes covering the pony's grave.
