Episode Overview

After a friend of Starsky and Hutch is mistakenly killed by a rookie cop during a police chase sparked by his friend's drunk driving, the duo faces a tough challenge. They work to guide the man's troubled teenage son, who is determined to seek revenge for his father's tragic death. As the boy becomes entangled with a petty criminal, Starsky and Hutch strive to steer him away from a dangerous path and help him find a better way to cope with his loss.
