Sam and Twister’s parents make them enroll in a junior lifeguard program at the beach, much to Otto's amusement, as he believes junior lifeguards are silly. However, Otto's perspective shifts dramatically when Sam and Twister jump into action to save Tito after he has a mishap and falls off the pier.
