The kids come up with a plan to tidy up the beach at Ocean Shores, hoping the lifeguards will agree to rename it "Rocket Beach." However, Otto and his friends quickly realize that the task is more daunting than they expected. Despite their efforts, the beach continues to accumulate trash at an alarming rate. Can Sam uncover the reason behind this never-ending mess?
