Eddie, the Prince of the Netherworld, has just gotten a fresh pool that’s being filled with water on the very day Otto and his friends stumble upon it. With his parents away, Eddie isn’t allowed to have anyone over, but he offers the Rocket kids a chance to skate in his empty pool if they promise to keep it hush-hush. Will Otto’s tendency to spill secrets put Eddie in a tight spot?
