Overview

Dr. Eva Fletcher steps into her role as the newly-elected President of Georgia A&M University, a historically Black college facing dire financial struggles. As she grapples with the pressures of revitalizing the institution, she must also navigate the challenges in her personal life, including a faltering two-decade marriage and a strained relationship with her defiant teenage daughter. Additionally, a vibrant and diverse freshman class adds to Eva's responsibilities, pushing her to balance her professional ambitions with the complexities of her family dynamics.
