Meanwhile, back in Washington, Leo pressures Josh to reach out to an old acquaintance who is leading a protest against the Navy's arms testing in Vieques, Puerto Rico. Sam reconnects with Bob Engler, who is now advocating for two congressmen seeking a detailed inventory of Fort Knox, convinced that the gold has been swapped for alien remains from Area 51 in Roswell, New Mexico. After Josh declines her plea, Donna turns to Sam for assistance in escaping jury duty, while Josh attempts to infuse some romance into his relationship with Amy Gardner.
