Episode Overview

Clayton invests in an apartment building, while Benson is battling with the landlord over persistent issues in his unit. To Benson's surprise, he discovers that the building he lives in is the one Clayton has just purchased. Seeking advice on how to confront the landlord, Benson receives information from Clayton that could be detrimental to the new owner. Tensions rise as both men threaten legal action against each other.
