The Queen Bees of medicine are making their return, and tensions are high. Quad is devastated to find out that her longtime friend Mariah has been gossiping about her. On another front, Dr. Jackie surprises Dr. Simone with her unexpected desire to have a baby. The drama escalates at Dr. Heavenly’s cocktail party when Toya confronts Dr. Simone, accusing her of crossing boundaries with Toya's husband.
