Michael and K.I.T.T. travel to the serene town of White Rock for what Michael hopes will be a restful getaway and some rock climbing. However, their plans for tranquility are disrupted when they discover that the town is under siege from a rambunctious motorcycle gang gearing up for a confrontation with a competing group of bikers.
