Title: The Entity That Refused to Perish Plot: The SOL finds itself trapped in the gravitational pull of an unusual planet inhabited by the Observers. These beings demand that the crew view the classic horror film "The Entity That Refused to Perish" (1958), which features the severed head of a deceased Spaniard that brings doom to a family of farmers, resulting in tragic outcomes. As the crew watches, an Observer materializes aboard the SOL, but Mike and the bots grow increasingly frustrated and ultimately eject him from their ship.
