Buck Rogers in the 25th Century (1979)

Episode Overview

Buck is tormented by the sight of a young woman who looks just like Jennifer, the woman he left behind when he was thrust into the 25th Century. He tracks her down and learns her name is Leila Markeson, only to find out she was designed to resemble Jennifer to draw Buck into a trap laid by an alien. This alien needs Buck to prevent a space freighter from delivering weapons to a planet his people intend to conquer. With Wilma’s help, Buck orchestrates a plan to fake the destruction of the shipment. He defeats the enemy but tragically loses Leila, holding her as she dies in his arms, echoing his lost love once more.
